Arrow Hedge Partners International was founded by James McGovern, former CEO and co-founder of BPI Financial Corporation ("BPI"), a Canadian based investment manager.

The team is made up of seasoned portfolio managers and industry experts who have the experience and know-how to deploy a variety of alternative investment strategies with a global perspective. Arrow has sales offices in Calgary and Vancouver, as well as research and sales offices in London, United Kingdom, and Geneva, Switzerland with their partner, Generation Asset Management.
